Lauren Murphy

Lauren Murphy (Brooklyn, NY) is a cinematographer and adventurer who has spent over a decade and fifteen seasons behind the camera on Ghost Adventures. After spending years traveling to the country's most haunted locations as the director of photography, she stepped out from behind the lens in Ghost Adventures: House Calls. When she’s not filming the paranormal, Lauren spends her time shooting narrative, reality, and studio content in New York City and beyond.

Lauren is also a communications consultant and coach (www.whitepapervideo.com) who teaches scientists, engineers, and tech students and professionals to improve their public speaking, feel more confident in their writing, and create their own videos to communicate their work.

In the down time between seasons of Ghost Adventures, she has created her own brand new show, Love on Location (@loveonlocation_show). Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cycling, international travel, mentoring young women, and talking to strangers.
