Cancellation Policy

Ticket Sales Terms And Refund Policy Salt City Paracon Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy Effective Date 5/24/2026 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for events organized by Salt City ParaCon (“Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms. 1. Ticket Purchases All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy. Tickets are issued to the purchaser and may not be duplicated, copied, or resold in violation of applicable laws. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any ticket purchase suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or policy violations. Prices, event schedules, guest appearances, and event details are subject to change without notice. 2. Admission Policy A valid ticket is required for entry. Attendees may be required to present a valid photo ID matching the ticket purchaser’s information. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided. The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission or remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior without refund. 3. Event Changes Event dates, times, locations, programming, vendors, speakers, celebrities, attractions, and schedules may change due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control. Guest appearances are subject to cancellation or change at any time. Such changes do not qualify for refunds unless specifically approved by the Organizer. 4. Refund Policy General Refund Policy All ticket sales are non-refundable except in the limited situations described below. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Saltcityparacon@gmail.com. Event Cancellation If the entire event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may receive either:A full refund of the ticket purchase price, or A credit toward a future event, at the Organizer’s discretion. Service fees, processing fees, travel costs, hotel expenses, parking fees, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable. Event Rescheduling If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the reschedule announcement.
