There are 50 available booth spots. 

​All applicants will receive a response by email updating them on the status of their application.

All selected exhibitors will have until February 1, 2027 to send payment for spot.

Any selected exhibitors who have not secured their spot by the stated deadline will then be replaced by the next available booth. 

Booths will not be posted to the website until payment has been received. 

All booth spots are a set price. (No single day pricing)

If you cannot attend all 3 days, you are still required to pay the full weekend price. 

Not being able to attend all 3 days does not disqualify you from being selected, but may impact the selection process. 

Exhibitors who will be selling merchandise or services will be given priority as space is limited.

There will be an allotted amount of spots available for non-merchant booths. These include but are not limited to podcasts, paranormal teams, social clubs, and any kind of content creators. 

All exhibitor spots will include 1 table, 2 chairs, and allow for 2 exhibitors. Additional exhibitors must purchase a general admission pass. (No extra chairs provided)

Any accommodations must approved by Salt City ParaCon before any changes to booth or setup can be made.
